With the recent changes to the schedule with SFO getting 777's with the old seats for the NRT flight, it's not possible for them to fly ORD with old seats. To fly the ORD flights as scheduled would take 4 aircraft, and ANA only has 4 in the old config. With 2 of those dedicated to SFO>NRT, there's no way to do ORD with old seats. Due to the cargo demand to ORD, I don't see them downgrading to 787s, either, but I suppose that is possible.
