Does anyone think (or have real world experience) with in flight beverage service on short (SFO-LAS or LAS-SFO) 50 Seat Polaris equipped 777s?
I feel like there's no practical way for a crew to complete an entire service to the F cabin in the amount of time they will be airborne, unless someone collects orders before departure and a really good galley FA whips them out while others run them to the seats.
Granted I flew the following flight in 2014, but they managed to do a whole drink/snack basket service aboard a 787 SFO-LAX (shorter than SFO-LAS) and it wasn't too terribly rushed.
