My Sears Mastercard ThankYou Rewards statement closed Jan 20, 2023 and I only received the base 1x ThankYou points for my spend. I did submit an inquiry via the website secure message to find out when the bonus ThankYou points will be deposited.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Or know of a change to the process for receiving the bonus ThankYou points?
