This is what was laughingly called "afternoon tea" on the afternoon AMS-LGW flight yesterday. The meal service was rushed even with just two rows in Club Europe due to a late pushback as two Canadians lost their bags and demanded the pilots did something about it, the clotted cream was warm, the ploughman's sandwich had slightly stale bread, the salmon seemed off, the scone crumbled and broke apart and, worst of all, the beer was a little warm.

Not really a fair deal for a £194 flight that was taken for the points but also as a well deserved treat after a hell of few months caring for sick family members... A shame my first entry with a review on here has to be so bad
