Hi, I might want to buy points to top off a transfer from Chase UR in order to get an award flight. I just made a Flying Club account, and when I try to buy points, I am told:
Oops! Unfortunately you are unable to Buy Miles at the moment. Before you can Buy Miles, you must have made at least one Flying Club Earning or Spending transaction.
Does anyone know what qualifies as making an earning or transaction? Specifically, is there is a cheapest/quickest possible way to qualify as having made an earning or transaction (a very cheap flight, etc.) so that I can then buy points directly?
