The UK, and the government in Westminster, is ultimately responsible for all borders, including the Overseas Territories. Indeed the UK army (and military police) is somewhat present at the Sovereign Bases in Cyprus. But in response to PMs, the land frontiers are
- Ireland
- Spain / Gibraltar
- Cyprus de jure / Sovereign Bases, and Northern Cyprus de facto
- France (multiple locations, and France has two land borders in the UK)
- Brussels
- Amsterdam
- Norway
- Chile.
And while the Spanish fronter in well guarded on one level, it's possible to swim / sail across.
