Landed in DEL last week and OCI immigration was at the foreign passport/ visa counters. Thankfully the lines were short but it took a long time to process each passenger. The fingerprinting system needs to be replaced. Won't be surprised if there was some sort of scam/ corruption in getting these crap machines.
