I do think NGO and FUK will be slow to have international flights return, compared with HND, NRT, or KIX. Also, NGO's situation is its proximity to HND and KIX. Sad to see DL leaving NGO, I am old enough to remember NW's presence in Japan. The commercial airline business is different today from a few decades ago. I think NW/DL not having an alliance partner in Japan is one of the problems. NW did look like going to have an alliance with JD (Japan Air Systems) but JD merged with JL.

On positive news, Hawaiian Airlines announced a return to FUK starting April 28.
