Schengen Lounge: meh... mediocre to poor. And too much far away from the main concourse. Every time I connect for domestic or intra-europe flights in FCO is a trek. LIN lounge is way better.
Non-Schengen Lounge: I've been there only one time and what I've seen didn't impress me at all. Not for what should be their "flagship"lounge.
