I received "your flight reward booking has been made" emails for only two of the four flights/seats booked, which is why I am a little concerned. They all appear in my aeroplan account under my bookings, the correct points have been deducted from my account, and all charges went through with my credit card.
Just looking for some reassurance as this is a first (and likely only) rewards trip for me.
I wouldn’t worry about only getting one email as long as the booking is correct in “my bookings”. You could also double check here:
