UPDATE
So, got to ATH this morning after no luck on phone with AF or DL. Turns out the reason was I got the dreaded SSSS on the CDG-CVG leg.

For some reason, my TSAPre/Global Entry number doesn’t show up. Should I call Delta when I get to Paris and try and have them check me in again?
