Thank you. Given the identical coding and very similar amounts I don't think we can puzzle out why one was reimbursed while the other was not. What we can see is that paying the taxes on a Companion Voucher is not classified as an Additional Collection, and therefore should not be regarded as a reliable way to use the credit.
