Planning to stay summer 2023 for 4 nights. Has anyone tried HB rate? Fixed menu, buffet, maybe some other setup?

I read that booking Venice view room is probably the way to go. Even if I have to stay in it, that would be fine. Always hoping to get upgraded to a suite. Not that easy during high season perhaps.
