His name is Michael. Excellent service, he remembered our names and drinks during the "creative hour" last week from 6 to 8pm. Made our evening even though the wine/bubbles served was mediocre at best.

We enjoyed our recent stay. The renovated corner suite was impressive with nice touches such as the rain shower big enough for three, roomy seating and the inroom Marshall speaker. Hated that Illy expresso maker though - needed two pods to make a decent coffee.
