GA came aboard and made me vacate 9D for 5E, thanks to a no-show.

No GSs pre-boarded. About 7-8 1Ks (or 1Ks and guests) pre-boarded. Not sure how I lucked out in that group w/ a K fare, but I took it. All the other 1Ks were in back. I was the only person approached early for 1st meal choice. FA then went front-to-back for everyone else. Definitely demonstrates the “WFBF” notion. Since I skipped the entree, I got my breakfast tray first, too . Spread in LAS UC was pretty good, so wasn’t too hungry.

FA mentioned mid-flight there was space in the front cabin if I left a bag in back (I did). Went back to get it and lady in 9E had moved to 9D and was enjoying an empty middle seat. Sometimes an upgrade for one person (9D) can make 3 (9DEF) happy…
