About 2 weeks ago the sales agent I am working with said they were submitting the contract and the contract year begins 02/01/2023. I haven't heard anything back about processing payment or reviewing the contract. I want to start booking travel for the next two months, but not until I can utilize the funds that I plan on committing to the program. I did receive a same day email response to a question I had a week ago but that is it.

After reading through the comments it sounds like some of the agents tend to drag their feet. Will everything happen last minute on the last day of the month?
