Hi there-- with the new GUC rules, does a GUC trump a MUA for OY availability? trying to book travel to Italy in June (that I should have booked long ago) on a MC K fare and seeing that only PS is available with a GUC. Also with the new rules, if I am reading them correctly, I can instantly move to PS with the GUC and be waitlisted for D1 starting 24 hours out from departure? TYIA!
