PL food & drink is nicer no question. As far as space, the outdoor area at TBIT is quite nice. Your call on the latter if it’s worth the walk.
Also, though maybe not quite as nice, the UC has an outdoor area, too. It'd be a tough choice to decide if UC is good enough, or do the walk.
