RUCs are based on the medallion ranking, but you'd be ahead of everyone waiting for comp upgrades. So a DM using a RUC would be ahead of you, and also a PM using one with a higher fare bucket.
I'm surprised you'd be 5 on the list, unless its a popular domestic D1 route like a LAX-JFK etc.
