I've tried spoon feeding it to numerous agents after they tell me there's no availability with no success. I think I even made the comment that it's unreasonable to be stuck with higher fares because of married segments without the benefit of the associated upgrades that are showing available. Each time this happens I send a complaint with screenshots but no doubt it falls on dead ears.
