Avis scanned the car and the agent put a white marker on the window.
I politely asked him the meaning, he answered me that the car is being taken out of their fleet, to be sold. I assume he got no response on his scan and therefore assumed so.
The reason I am not just moving on, I rent globally and this puts a serious restriction on me, plus I personally feel mistreated, I don't feel that such a mistake especially in these circumstances should be treated this way.
Anyone know if I could rent outside the US and Canada?
