If the website shows it’s there it’s there. They’re not looking at it right. The other important thing is to use the wiki and correctly quote them with internal inventory bucket that they should be looking at. Obviously they’re not going to just take your word but if you do the hard work for them, it makes it easier. I fine for them to just verify that you’re correct. Half the time they’re looking at the wrong inventory since Delta has made all of these upgrade buckets, so complicated….OK OV OX OY etc…
I've found PTP vs segment but segment is also why agents don't see Z on AF/KL. Plus issue where must long sell any long (mainly overnight) connection at CDG/AMS.
