I have a strong preference for aisle as I like the flexibility of getting up and grabbing stuff if aI need to, etc. without needing to disturb another passenger.

Typically I try to find an aisle seat close to the front, but after the bulkhead seats. I don’t like being too far back as it always takes longer to leave and sometimes it can lead to connection issues or dealing with longer lines at immigration, etc. In a 3-3-3 or 2-4-2 type config, prefer the left or right side but will take the middle section if thats the only aisle option.
