my experience is that the website shows married segment availability. Sometimes agents look up point to point and it may not match the website. You need to draw this to their attention. If the website shows it’s there it’s there. They’re not looking at it right. The other important thing is to use the wiki and correctly quote them with internal inventory bucket that they should be looking at. Obviously they’re not going to just take your word but if you do the hard work for them, it makes it easier. I fine for them to just verify that you’re correct. Half the time they’re looking at the wrong inventory since Delta has made all of these upgrade buckets, so complicated….OK OV OX OY etc…
