It wasn't an easy decision, but after many years as a Southwest A-List, I've had to pull the plug on loyalty and try to swing my business travel to other airlines. This will vary depending on where someone lives, but here in the Tucson area Southwest used to be a breeze. It's become such a complex maze of multiple stops and late-night arrival times that I've given up. And the December mess (and some other messes) have created concern about getting stuck somewhere with no way out.
