Very frustrated with Delta's awful IT. Three times in one week the website shows 'upgrade available' for both segments of a two segment trip with no mention of a Global upgrade yet agents tell me the only availability is with GUCs. I was successful once sharing screenshots and getting the upgrades cleared 'as an exception', but certainly not a great experience to have to point this out every time.
Separately, the non-instant re-opening of certificates for changed/canceled flights is nonsense as well.
