Just logged into my account, opened in late December. I had not previously received notification of the changes for this account (we had received the notification for my partner's much-older account), but I did now. Same changes as every other pre-existing card: extra spend categories, new limitation that the check bag fee waiver and priority boarding only applies to tickets purchased with the card (buried deep in the fine print), and no $6k minimum spend for the annual companion fare.
