Whatever program they have converted to is a mess. I have been involved with Vistana and since 2019. Since he change over or merger, or whatever, I have been unable to pay fees on line, my telephone numbers (their unique identifiers for owners) has been severed from my account. Thus far I have been on the phone for an hour an ten minutes to make a simple payment. Its an unbelievable mess.
