You mention wanting to fly in business. Flying business in longhaul (eg to the US or Middle East) requires far more Avios than flying intra-Europe, but the product is dramatically. One option you might enjoy, albeit with not as much time in the air, is trying to fly a longhaul-equipped flight within Europe. Iberia has flights from London to Madrid and returning on their A350, which has a flat bed in business, lounge access, etc, albeit for a flight that lasts about two hours. You can fly that roundtrip, I believe, for 30K miles in J.
