I upgraded to Venture X on 12/15. booked a hotel in Japan for 550 on 12/20 before getting the physical card and got the 300 credit on 12/22.
I'm surprised and wonder how many people are having trouble with the travel credits... My wife signed up for the Venture X last year and she got the travel credit in 2 days and rental credit in 3 days.
Now I'm a bit worried about the annual credit if many people are having issues, or are those outliers? I only used the portal for hotel stays due to the 10x. The 5x on flights doesn't seem so appealing to me.
