It's an interesting read, especially as we talk about performance vs. perception, and the extent to which angry customers will continue to fly an airline that upsets them.
Especially interesting to see AC rack up almost half as many "reported complaints" as Delta, despite both airlines' performance and Delta carrying about 8x as many passengers in 2022.
