All week I have been trying to call Air Canada Vacations. I would like to book through the call centre as I am having an issue using my 2 year old travel voucher online. I have been trying since Saturday and it's the same story everyday. After 60 - 90 minutes, I give up. Also, at the beginning of the call there is an option to enter in your Aeroplan number. Everytime I enter it, it comes back as invalid. Totally unacceptable.
