On the ticket email there is a link for further assistance but that link is a 404 so not too helpful.
I am guessing that this is not a matter for the Gold desk.
This is not a one-off problem by the sounds of it, because a similar thing happened to me last week. I had booked a flight & car through BAH, but Avis said that BAH had not sent them a "voucher" (in their words), so they would be charging me for it. When I called Avis customer service, the agent immediately said this was a problem at BA's end, and would email BA to let them know.
Unfortunately I think you will have to wait for BA to respond. You can also send an email to
[email protected] explaining what has happened, along with your booking reference, a copy of the Avis invoice showing the amount you have been charged, and how much this translated into GB Pounds on your card. BAH customer relations communicates by email only. I expect it will be BA that refunds you the erroneous charges, whenever they feel like getting back to you.
