I'm looking to rent a car in Norway (Bergen Airport). Renting it via Priceline is much cheaper than renting directly from Hertz. I am President's Circle so renting directly would normally be my move to get those benefits but not sure if that actually gives me anything in Norway. Does anyone know? I don't want to throw money away in hope of benefits I won't actually get.
