Best way to recognize a SWA employee?
Don't fly SWA often but had a trip last week and the FA was outstanding. His obvious concern for his passengers was refreshing. I normally get a survey about my SWA flight but this time I didn't. What is the best way to let SWA know about him? Social media doesn't seem very effective, same with the call center. I asked at the airport if they had a customer service desk but they didn't. I could write to corporate or email but not sure if people there actually see/read them.
