I have emailed them, but I don't expect to heard back any time soon - I am still waiting for them to correct my status from last year. My app says I am one and the online says I am a different level.
It will be of little consolation to you, but I had a very smooth experience at SFO/LAX last week. Booked through BAH, a deposit was authorised on my card when I picked the car up. This subsequently disappeared during the hire period (ie before return). On return at LAX, the car was scanned back in and while I was still in the car park, the guy checking the car printed out a receipt from his hand held device which showed my BAH 'prepayment' and a total due of zero.
