I recently (over 2 weeks ago) flew to Jakarta from London via Doha which i booked via Qatar Airlines.

So there were 4 legs of the trip under a single booking, leg 1 being on a BA plane (LHR to DIA), then DIA to CGK, CSK to LHR via DIA on Qatar planes.

I understand the avios will be interchangeable between Qatar and BA, however, I thought I was going to earn BA Tier points for the entire trip.

However, it looks like i have earned Qatar QPoints for the 3 out of 4 legs, and have earned 0 tier points from BA on the BA Leg.

If i don't earn tier points when i am flying on 3 of the 4 legs, i can see that makes sense, but the BA leg i flew i have recveived nothing from either airline.

I tried to claim the BA plane leg on the BA website, but it rejects e-ticket number, as it starts with 157-, which is not a BA e-ticket, but rather a Qatar e-ticket. [This also happens to be enough tier points for me to get what i need to retain Gold, which is what my main concern is]

I rang BA and they said, i am not eligible for tier points for the 1st leg, and Qatar said i am not eligble for qpoints (not that i wanted them) and to speak to BA.

Hoping someone can tell me what i am eligble for here, so i know what to do next,
