The Lunar New Year is the most important Chinese festival. To celebrate, Cathay Pacific is delighted to offer you a festive delicacy from Hong Kong’s Jade Garden, which was founded in 1971 and is renowned for its authentic Cantonese cuisine.
Jade Garden Red Date Pudding
Made with glutinous flour and red date puree, this pudding has a subtle sweetness and an irresistible chewy texture.

Jade Garden Turnip Pudding with Conpoy and Ham, served with XO sauce
Featuring Hokkaido conpoy and premium Jinhua ham as well as fragrant dried shrimps, each bite promises a decadent surprise.

think, they did not have many customers, so I got 3 slices.)
