PP is Premium Plus, UA's version of premium economy, similar to domestic first class seat plus legrest.
So first has it installed, second has only Polaris installed without Premium Plus.
IIRC 789 were all delivered with Polaris, but my memory is fuzzy. At any rate, they all have it now. Yes, all isle access.
