Airtrain? It operates 24 hours/day albeit at reduced frequency at night.

"AirTrain Schedules
AirTrain arrives and departs every 3-5 minutes daily from 5 a.m. to 9.m. and approximately every 15 minutes between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Nighttime operation is a shuttle service which requires transfer of trains. Shuttles generally run from the Airport Station (also known as RaiLink Station) to Terminal C, Terminal C to Terminal A, and Terminal A to Station P3."
