Flew 2 long haul JL segments yesterday (one in apex, one in shell flat neo). While it seemed there was still a mask mandate, after take off on both flights I pretty much never wore mine (except when up to go to the lav) and nothing was said of it. At NRT, saw lots of seemingly western folks without masks and at the dining area of the F lounge, practically no one was wearing them. The only time I saw an FA chide someone (in J at least) for not masking was during boarding for NRT-CGK. (Tbf this chap was sitting barefoot without even any slippers on, so the mask may have been the least of concern in terms of items he should’ve be wearing!)
