You obv won't get the max optimized miles/$ ratio you can with BE/MC on discount domestic as on premium international, but the hard & soft product upgrade & prestige is 100% worth it personally.

To each their own, but I rather be comfortable for 24 hrs in the air than be miserable af and arriving at my destination ready to drop dead over 3 or 4 eqm/$. Not to mention you get in 4 days what cattle cabin have to run months for.
