I have 016 ticket, H fare, IAH-LGA / JFK-MUC-BOM, last two segments LH. Applied PlusPoints. JFK-MUC cleared immediately, but MUC-BOM waitlisted. Went back into reservation on UA's site. The upgraded JFK-MUC segment was listed first, ahead of the IAH-LGA segment, and UA.com said "a modification has been made to your itinerary, please call UA to reissue ticket". I did, and 1K desk said the flights were misordered. Put on hold and eventually told it was fixed. Flights then show up in right order on UA's site. But I still have the "modification has been made to your itinerary, call to reissue" message in my UA site.
Anything to worry about? LH's site shows both segments correctly (one upgraded, one waitlisted).
Completely normal - although *anything* can happen with United's systems nowadays - I have been experiencing that first-hand!
