Might be related but seems to be issues with CX crediting miles to QRPC.
Not sure what the problem is but it seems to be taking forever for no reason - I had to constantly chase both of them - CX asking me to call QR…QR telling me they are waiting for CX. I cannot believe that this is still a manual process with CX honestly?
this is the response CX gave me which implies this is a manual process…what year is this again lol
“There is a special team that has to calculate manually your mileage accrual, we do apologize for the inconvenience, you can contact Qatar and ask to send a chaser as you need them quite urgently, but we cannot expedite the process in your behalf, the airline has to initiate contact.”
