Wow some of you guys are beasts!

So I have an offer where I have to fly 10k miles by April 13 to get MVP Gold - anyone have a suggestion on a MR based out of LAX that's cheap and can knock out in 1 run? Otherwise I am just planning on seeing friends in the East coast and maybe do a ski trip to Alaska (never been).
