Are there issues with book the cook.

We have a flight in Business from Sin to Mel on the 7th Feb. Book the cook is open and we are able to select our choice but when we try and save the following error message appears
"We are unable to process your request. Please try again or contact your local Singapore Airlines for assistance"
Been like this for a couple of days.

Background info: Fare booked via Swiss on a Code share but have been able to select seats and see reservations since booking months ago.
