You'll be happy with the Platinum Elite. I've slowly bought a number of Platinum bags over several years. The Platinums (Magna, Magna 2, and now Elite) perform really well. I never worry about the wheels. You certainly won't have any problems with your choice. You purchased quality and you got a very good deal. I never have been able to justify spending so much more for B & R, Tumi, or Rimowa.
