"Airline" has been a show recorded on my TiVo for almost a year now. Fantastic show! Unfortunately I don't get it over here in Europe attm.

I've flown Southwest once (5 years ago) and they were OK. Whenever I fly CO out of SEA, WN is in the same terminal and there always seems to be happy agents working the gates...never arguments.

Of course, the media is an outlet for sensationalism, isn't it? They're not going to show you the run-of-the-mill, everyday happenings, are they?
