Update: As of today, I still have not received the $200 credit. But, when I spoke to an agent a few weeks ago, she filed a claim for the missing $200 (she said it had been 2 billing cycles). But, when I called 2 weeks later to inquire since still no credit, I was told last agent was incorrect - 2nd billing cycle would be completed with my January billing statement. That statement closed 2 days ago. Without me calling again, I just got a call from someone in their rewards department responding to my claim. She said that since it has now been 2 billing cycles and I have not received the credit, she went ahead and issued the $200 statement credit which will show up on my account in 5-7 days (and appear on my statement in 1-2 billing cycles). Let's hope so.
Update: Credit posted to my account overnight. I'm glad to see that they did take care of it immediately after the 2 full billing cycles passed (2 billing cycles after the statement that contained the Airbnb charge).
