As long as customers stick with JetBlue, the subpar IT shenanigans will continue. I would vote with your dollars if there is another carrier that works for your needs. If not, the best you can do is to keep asking (HUCA), send letters to executives, fill out surveys with your feedback, etc. It shouldn't take more than a day or two to make the change after you earn status (ideally the process would be completely automated and happen nearly in real-time after you meet the qualification criteria).
